We invite you to join with us the weekend of October 28-30, 2016 at The Sanctuary at Mt. Shasta for ceremony and ritual designed to offer a powerful opportunity to connect with the deeper parts of ourselves and to honor the relationship with our ancestors. Acknowledging who we are invites us to re-connect with our ancestors as through this connection we more deeply discover our personal story, learn of our challenges and our gifts. Through the process of receiving this knowledge we strengthen our connection with our ancestral lineage and enhance our ability to receive guidance from our ancestors.
The timing of this weekend gathering coincides with the traditional time for ancestral veneration as marked by All Hallow’s Eve, Halloween, Day of the Dead and All Souls Day, among other world-wide cultural traditions, and has for millennia been considered a propitious time to acknowledge the importance of our familial ancestors in our lives.
To support this transformative experience, we will be offering ceremonies and rituals throughout the weekend that include a ceremony on Saturday evening in the Mazatec Tradition, in the lineage of Maria Sabina. If you are unfamiliar with this tradition please speak with us prior to registering by calling (925) 918-1132.
The cost of this weekend gathering is $350, if paid by cash or check, or $360, if paid via paypal. This is inclusive of our weekend ceremonies, Saturday evening lodging and breakfast on Sunday. We will begin on Friday evening, October 28th at 7 pm and anticipate closing at 1 pm on Sunday, October 30th. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to arrange for lodging on Friday evening and for your breakfast on Saturday, October 29th.
The deadline for registering for this gathering is Friday, October 21st. Once we receive payment and completed registration form we will email to you a list of what to bring along with other pertinent information.
